When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name, email address and message content you choose to provide. We do not ask for any other personal information. We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry and to manage related business communications. The legal basis for this processing under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Contact-form information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or to meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

This website is hosted by Netlify, and contact-form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Netlify may process the data you submit on our behalf in order to deliver these hosting and form services. Netlify may process data on infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area (EEA); where that is the case, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA in the course of hosting or form processing, we rely on legally recognised transfer mechanisms, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect that data.
